1 CHANGE OF CLOTHING (UNIFORM TOP AND BOTTOMS, SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR ARE TO BE PLACED IN A ZIPLOC BAG AND KEPT IN YOUR CHILD'S BACKPACK IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT.)
BOYS BRING IN 1 LARGE GALLON SIZED BOX OF ZIP LOCK BAGS (PREFER SLIDE CLOSURE) at your earliest convenience.
GIRLS BRING IN 1 QUART SIZED BOX OF ZIP LOCK BAGS (PREFER SLIDE CLOSER) at your earliest convenience.
Please place all items in a bag. Close it with tape or staple it. Label the bag with your child's first and last name. Do not use a sharpie to write your child's name on the items, because some of these items will be kept in the classroom ( i.e. pecils, crayons, scissors, notebooks, etc.) Other items I may need will be requested at our Open House.
If at anytime throughout the school year your child should need any additional supplies or needs a new glue stick, crayons, pencils (which do break or get used up quickly) I will notify you.
